Samsung recently announced a Netbook called NC110 Pororo. The device is created with an intention to target kids and is inspired by an animated cartoon series – “Pororo the Little Penguin“. The cartoon characters are etched onto the display lid to attract children. Further, the NC110-Pororo has been equipped with video animation Pororo The Little Penguin, puzzle games, and a typical child’s coloring game. The netbook hardware itself doesn’t seem to be very different from Samsung’s other netbooks. And actually, it seems that a regular version of the NC110 was released a while ago

The NC110-Pororo is equipped with a 10.1-inch LCD display, second-generation Intel Atom (dual-core) low-power processor, Wi-Fi, three USB ports, RGB, LAN (RJ-45), and weighs only 1.16kg, which is perfect for little kids. Through out the VGA and HDMI, you can redirect the video streams to televisions outside. The Samsung NC110-Pororo will be launched on February 6th, 2012 for 509,000 Won or around $452
